4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are:

No additional freight charges will be added after checkout.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and:

The parcel may return to the depot

These charges will be for your account

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
Take photos of the damaged item
Take photos of the packaging
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email
We will assist with a claim and resolution.
Lost Items
If a parcel is marked “delivered” but you have not received it:
✔ Check with neighbors
✔ Check safe places around property
✔ Contact the courier with your tracking
If the courier confirms loss, we will assist with next steps.
